LSPA - Registration Information

Registration for Lafayette Center for Dance, Lafayette Theatre Academy, and/or Young Singers of West Georgia

Complete the LSPA Registration Form and pay the $50 registration fee, per student.
Forms may be printed and mailed with a check to LSPA, 214 Bull Street, LaGrange, GA 30240. You may also register in person at the LSPA business office at the same address. It is open 10 am-4 pm, Monday through Thursday.
Auto-Draft: Please download the LSPA Automatic Payment Form and bring your completed copy to the LSPA business office, if you would like to keep your card on file with us for tuition and other expenses during the 2023-2024 season. The only charge that will be automatically drafted each month is the tuition amount required for classes, although you can authorize us to run additional charges more than that amount, as needed. All credit card information is removed at the end of the season, so even if you already have a card on file, you will need to complete a new form for your family.
